After the completion of level 3 (Forward stopping - consistently) students can also choose to participate in hockey practice (HP). This stage is an important step for all young students interested in hockey. The ability to stop when needed and control body movement will build confidence, increase activity participation and raise the level of enjoyment in the sport. Stopping provides a student with full control to learn and play freely.
